Universal Group of Companies Participates in the Leadership Coaching Course

Universal Group of Companies, represented by its Training Department, participated in the leadership coaching training course. The course covered a wide range of important topics, including core leadership skills such as effective communication skills, self-development and increasing self-awareness, situation analysis and understanding surrounding challenges, strategic decision-making, effective time management, and effective team development. 

The course was characterized by excellent organization, rich content and active interaction between participants. It also provided a valuable opportunity for those interested in developing their individual, administrative and leadership skills, where it aims  to equip participants with the necessary skills to succeed in different work environments and under modern leadership challenges.
