Universal Group

Universal Group is a private commercial entity with limited liability established in the capital of the Republic of Yemen, Sana'a and includes twenty-one companies, nine of which are owned by the group, and in solidarity with three others. It has representation of four brands, representing eight airlines in the world, and operating four tourist hotels. This policy means a trusted mechanism for collecting, using and protecting personal information related to those dealing with Universal Group of companies.

Universal Group uses this information as soon as it receives the communications of its clients, when they benefit from the services provided by one of the group companies, when guests visit the group’s website on the Internet, or when they interact with some or all of the group’s accounts on social media platforms.

Universal Group also uses that information when its clients enjoy any of the services provided by the Group or when making purchases from them.
